Dark leather over pasteboards with Whitgift's coat-arms gold-tooled at centre (BAB stamp 3), and with three fillets at edge, the middle of them gilded. Bound on five bands, a gilded flower ornament in each spine compartment. Long pieces of green cloth ties in situ.
