History and further information

Information on dismantling: 

Dismantled presumably at a London binders, probably at the turn of the fifteenth to sixteenth century: the host volume for the two known fragments is a copy of work printed in Basel in 1498, and the binding may been added either before or during the ownership of that volume by the first recorded possessor, Robert Benet.
